Lost & Found
In case of lost or damaged baggage, passengers should get to the lost and found office of their airline handling company.
Lost Property
The Lost Property Office provides assistance in case of losing an item at the airport, on security control, on an aircraft or in flight connection.
To retrieve your item, please fill de form on the airport’s website of send an e-mail to lostproperty@sagat.trn.it within the next 24 hours.
Location: Find the Lost Property Office on the Arrivals level.
Service hours: Daily, from 08:30 am to 08:30 pm.

Meeting Room by Impact HUB
Located before security, there is a meeting room with capacity up to 8 people.
It has TV, monitor for projections, Wi-Fi, phone, mini-bar.
There is catering under request too. It can be booked from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm.

Baby Lounge- Baby Stop UNICEF
Space for kinds and area to breastfeed. Located on the first floor and with free entrance.
Pharmacy
Open every day from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 01:30 pm to 07:00 pm.
Sala Amica Courtesy Room
On the first floor, there is a lounge for passengers with reduced mobility. It is open from 05:00 am to 12:00 pm. They get help from the specialist and they accompany them through security checkpoints, among others.
Prayer Rooms
There are different types of Prayer Rooms:
There is one Ecumenical Chapel in level 2, open from 05:00 am to 12:00 pm.
There’s a Muslim prayer room too, level 2 from departures, open from 05:00 am to 12:00 pm.
And there is a Silent Room for meditation or just a silent room. Available from 05:00 am to 12:00 pm.
